Morning Skate (11/30)

Its the last day of the month and we are running very late today as there are things going on from multiple fronts as to what we are doing on the site.  Bear with us but Ryan has the Morning Skate and a jammed pack lineup on RLD right now. The Morning After: Yesterday’s scores: […]

Fantasy Hockey POTN!

Real quick as we head into La-La land.  Yes I know…real funny.  However our Fantasy POTN is none other than Jonas Hiller who shut out the Kings tonight.  There may be video below so have a great night and tomorrow we get to do this all over again.

Videos Before Bedtime!

We are all just living the “slew” here.  With that, there are more videos for the amusement of many that may irk a few.  Time to bring it always!           So what we have here is Two Crosby’s And A Maurice.  Somewhere someone is cringing at this one but this explains […]

Pick The Winner

I was told once in a previous life that I crave total business and frenetic situations.  Well I guess everyone was right.  The more hectic things get, the better things go.  Screw that when the going gets tough mumbo jumbo crap.  There are five games in all but at least my heart pointed to Montreal […]

FH 101: Buff Is The Stuff

(Photo Credit:  AP Images)   Clearly it was an unknown how the Dustin Byfuglien defensive experiment would work.  Atlanta was roundly criticized in the media for doing such a thing.  The only people laughing now are the Atlanta Thrashers themselves and fantasy owners of “The Big Buff”.  He is 6 foot 4 and listed at […]

This Day In Hockey History (11/29)

Monday is always a very busy time of it here.  There are tons of things flying around including food and hockey pucks.  Today’s moment does not reflect that at all.  Here it goes.     November 29, 2003 Vancouver’s Brendan Morrison scored his first career hat trick in a 4-4 tie with the Flames at […]

Morning Skate (11/29)

Ryan gives us the Vitamin C we need to keep that hockey flu out of here so we can all enjoy some good hockey.  Here is the AM Skate. The Morning After: Yesterday’s scores: Capitals 3, Hurricanes 2 (SO) Thrashers 4, Bruins 1 Red Wings 4, Blue Jackets 2 Predictions record: 2-1 My 3 stars […]

Classic Posts: Autism Awareness

This post from April of 2010 originally.  Wow this needs a little boost and thanks again to everyone that has helped in the past six + months.     It is time to take a bit of a serious turn for a moment, more so than usual.  Not many know this but the entire month […]

Show Outline Tonight

Hello ladies and gentlemen.  It is time for some new beginnings on the show tonight as it seems every so often we change things around a bit.  Do not fret most things will be the same but there will be some noticeable alterations.  Now its go time! So what do we have on tap for […]

This Day In Hockey History (11/28)

This moment happened 11 years ago today.  Sometimes it is forgotten that a player you see has been around the league this long but it is really true.  Now it is time.     November 28, 1999 Rookie goalie Roberto Luongo stopped 43 shots in his first NHL game as the Islanders won 2-1 at […]

Morning Skate (11/28)

Ryan gives us the Sunday breakfast edition of the Morning Skate so you know what is going on in the hockey world.  Note we did not say ya know.  Well here it is. The Morning After: Yesterday’s scores: Devils 2, Flyers 1 (SO) Penguins 4, Flames 1 Canadiens 3, Sabres 1 Senators 3, Maple Leafs […]

Fantasy Hockey POTN!

Simply we went with a tie tonight between Bobby Ryan and Sidney Crosby who both netted hat tricks tonight.  It was a very tough choice but as a side note….we give Ryan the slight tiebreaker as his hat trick helped end a 7 game winning streak for Phoenix. Have a great night everyone.

Videos Before Bedtime!

And now there shall be videos…….           <   This was some good ole hockey the way it was meant to be. Have a great night Kings and Hawks fans…take pride in this game.
