Today we have another solid moment from yesteryear on “This Day In Hockey History”. Here was a trade today that still makes me sick to this very day and what might or might not have been done to get this great player a Stanley Cup. At any rate, it was a significant moment in history and this one happened 12 years ago today right around the NHL Trade Deadline. Remember the days of blockbusters? Yes we do too.
