This Day In Hockey History (1/9)

We get the Boom Boom going as the week starts here on “This Day”.  Sometimes we do go back to more conventional moments and today was no exception as we often enjoy laughers.  Now we simply rewind back to 54 years ago from this day of yesteryear for maybe a video and then that gem as always.

 

 

January 09, 1958


Montreal’s Bernie Geoffrion scored his 6th career hat trick and added two assists, and Bert Olmstead had a goal and four assists as the Canadiens won 11-2 against the Black Hawks, at the Forum.
