It is always fun to look back a bit at history but as we take a long look at things today, we realize just how significant some accomplishments can be. This goes even for team history especially as some milestones are more commonplace on a team by team basis. Defenseman Glen Wesley scored his first career hat trick to lead the Bruins to a 5-4 win over the Devils at New Jersey. Wesley became just the third defenseman in Bruins’ history (after Bobby Orr and Ray Bourque) to score three goals in one game.
