It is nice to think the 12 days of Christmas are really here. Well we went far and wide looking for something that would be poetic for the number 1 and yes the Hockey Gods appeased us once again. So without further adieu, we bring you Day One of this fantasy hockey special.
On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
ONE Brian Rolston on waivers in a tree
Yes we know it sounds humorous but the story is indeed true. Rolston has 4 points in 15 games for New Jersey and is a -6. This is not exactly someone earning their about 5 million dollar paycheck or even registering a blip in fantasy leagues.
Scoring helps…not knocking down goalies…..but please claim him today. He could be worth something.
