So who will win tonight’s POTN? There were a few hat tricks and some blooper reel occurrences but wait we are talking the best not the ugly here. Tonight really brought some great performances to the table but there was one that stood out above the rest. There are no nominees that could be this winner winner chicken dinner.
Now the POTN is none other than……Eric Staal of the Carolina Hurricanes. So what did he do tonight? Well he had five points (3 goals, 2 assists), was a +4 and had 6 shots on goal. Staal even tossed in a minor for those who worry about PIMS. After all that completed the night well not really. It was a great night as it was.
