I made a promise to Heather McWhorter that I would help in any way I could when it came to the Coyotes. Also this provides a way for fans to do their part in trying to get a fanbase back. Any attempt is worth trying and here is Heather…..
Hi again everyone,
For those of you who live locally, or would like to travel here for the game on 11/14, the Coyotes have asked us to help provide volunteers to hand out vouchers at the next “We Win, You Win” night. They need around 20 people total. If you would like to volunteer and don’t already have tickets for the game, you will be provided a free ticket to watch the game if you volunteer!
Volunteers will be done handing out vouchers about halfway through the first period. They ask that we meet at Gate 3 at 4:30pm to be briefed prior to the doors opening.
Below you will find the Volunteer Guidelines from the team. If you would like to volunteer on 11/14 please read over the guidelines and respond back to this email with your name, email address and whether you will need a ticket for the game. I need to have the list in by 11/9 of who will need tickets please let me know as soon as possible! Thank you in advance!

09-10 Coyotes Promotional Item Distribution Policies and Procedures
Reporting Time: Please meet at Gate 3 at least 30 minutes before doors open on game days for a pre-game briefing.
Gate Assignments: A gate assignment sheet will be distributed in advance. No gate will have less than two (2) team members assigned, some may have as many as twelve (12).
Shift Time: You will be expected to be at the gate until approximately halfway through the first period. If your gate runs out of items before this time, please contact an authorized Coyotes staff member to get you additional stock for your gate. At the end of your shift, please attempt to close any leftover boxes or re-package any loose stock and place all stock neatly under the tables at your gate.
Attire: A nice Coyotes shirt and jeans with comfortable shoes or professional dress is appropriate. Many gates do require the giveaway staff to stand outside, so please prepare accordingly.
Supplies: You will be provided with a box cutter and any other necessary supplies at every game. Please be sure to return these items at the end of the game.
Misc: A positive and professional attitude is required at all times as you are representing the Coyotes and Jobing.com Arena. Promotional items are for ticketed guests only.
Giveaway Policies for Guests:
Please enforce the following policies at all gates:
One item per person, per ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items will only be distributed to a fan in line to have their ticket scanned as they enter the building. Items should not be given to fans that approach you from inside the arena.
If a guest is a season ticket holder and has an issue with the giveaway (they are asking for additional items, etc) please send them to the Season Ticket Customer Service table at Gate 7.
If a guest is not a season ticket holder and has an issue with the giveaway, please direct them to Guest Services at Gate 5.
If a guest is particularly irate and does not want to be referred to Guest Services, please contact Paul Serbic or Stacey Cohen immediately.
