Sidney Crosby was not in a controversy involving his antics for one but actually his stick. Here are a couple pictures from his “disputed goal” in tonight’s 4-3 win over the Buffalo Sabres in OT. Our evidence….if you will…..

To me at least, it looked like a high stick…..the shot from the point came at a weird angle because it was a mishit. I did get several quick opinions from my facebook page. Now as you know this is not the most scientific way to determine right or wrong but two thought it was an okay call and four thought it was not. The thing to keep in mind is if any part of the stick is above the crossbar and I believe part of it was. But Toronto ruled and that is what we are stuck with. Expect video of it in the morning sometime…and no it does not mean I have to like this call…I and the many who thought it was malarkey will just have to live with it.
