Playoff Hockey Roundup — May 3rd

Well after last nite’s pulse pounding action…there’s only one game tonight and that is an elimination game. The Canucks season is on the line at The Pond….can the Ducks end it? That question will be answered tonight.

Blogger’s Paradise

A little light in blogger land as there is only one game….but as always check out Kukla’s Korner…they have many other sites besides their own at your perusal. The Battle of California takes the Duck corner tonight as they fully expect the Ducks to eliminate Luongo and the Canucks.

And now…a quickie roundup for the only game in town.

Vancouver Canucks @ Anaheim Ducks 9pm EDT VS,CBC

Sedin twins last dance tonight????

Roberto Luongo has had a memorable first postseason but it could all end tonight if the Canucks can not find a way to score some 3rd period goals against the Ducks. The Canucks went goalless again in game 4 in the 3rd and it proved costly as Chris Pronger brought the Ducks back from a 2-0 hole….with a goal and assist to tie the game and then Travis Moen won the game in OT to give the Ducks a commanding 3 games to 1 lead. Pronger will have to get serious consideration for the Conn Smythe as the playoffs go on…his presence last year for Edmonton was undeniable and this year he is making an even bigger impact for the Ducks. In a battle of wills between the Ducks and Canucks….who will come out on top? Come find out for yourself tonight…all on the GDT.

For all the other playoff action and more….there is always The NHL Arena.
