There comes a time when change is inevitable. This is one of those times. Our goal at The Program is to provide you with a different type of fantasy hockey coverage. Whether we have our short summer shows or longer pre-season and in season shows, the same creed applies.
It is with much joy that we announce that The Program will be taking over the Weekly Slapshot podcast on Blog Talk Radio’s Fantasy Sports Channel. What does this mean for the fantasy hockey fan? Well, the goal is to go rapid fire with all sorts of question from YOU, the listener. Questions, callers, and tweets will drive the show that will begin September 17th at Noon ET on WBTR.
The goal is to come aboard with all guns firing. Sure its great to see all these articles but damn what if you need information NOW? This is why we will have a rapid fire in your face Saturday podcast. It gets you riled up for the fantasy weekend where most teams can steal a week here or there. Come in and expect the homework to be done and the banter to be heavy.
Our expected hosting list will likely be yours truly along with a band of fantasy hockey warriors who have been in the best and worst of fantasy hockey warfare. There will be surprises along the way and segments are being worked on as we speak. The format will be pretty similar to previous Weekly Slapshot episodes so do not panic too much.
Even our archives will be quick and rapid fire as well. So starting next Saturday, we will be raring to go to help guide your teams to fantasy glory. You got questions, we got answers! See you then.
