This Day In Hockey History (9/2)

Today we look at a moment that happened all the way back in 1972.  People often forget how things begin.  They all remember how it ends.  Here is a beginning from an epic event that occurred 39 years ago today.  It is amazing to think how this did end was in stark contrast to how it started.  When Canada’s and Russia’s hockey teams got together, it was one to remember forever.  Okay it is video and moment time.
