This Day In Hockey History (7/8)

Well it is TGIF at last and it has been a very long week as the dog days begin for fans of the National Hockey League.  It is that long wait (with a few blips in the radar) that drives fans cuckoo and makes them long for some hockey action.  Here is a trade that really did not work out for either team.  Also, please note the cause in the video, thank you.

 

 

July 08, 1995


Los Angeles Kings obtained Dimitri Khristich and goaltender Byron Dafoe from the Washington Capitals, in exchange for the Kings’ first and fourth round draft picks in 1996.
