This Day In Hockey History (6/20)

It is hard to believe this event happened 19 years ago today and yet it did.  This is what happens when players get to choose where they go.  Now it is time for the video and the moment.  Here we go.

 

 

June 20, 1992


Quebec Nordiques traded the rights to Eric Lindros to both Philadelphia and the New York Rangers, in a trade that was forced to go to arbitration. Eventually Lindros was awarded to Philadelphia.
