January has just flown by and February is almost here.  Today we are just simply listing the moment and okay maybe the video too.  Here is an interesting one from a Captain with the utmost of class and hey he is a GM now.

Steve Yzerman picked up an assist to move past Mario Lemieux into 6th place on the NHL’s all-time scoring list with his 1,702nd career point as the Red Wings won 5-2 over the visiting New Jersey Devils.

Boston’s Gordie Roberts became the first U.S. born player to play in 1,000 NHL games. The milestone came in a 5-2 Bruins loss at Buffalo.
