Alrighty….so you’re wondering….where is that picture from? This is from one of my favorite fishing holes in my hometown of Rahway, New Jersey. Nothing like fishing for some trout in the cold weather of October and November….just before the winter sets in. Hey, September is here…which means only one thing….training camp is rapidly approaching and by the end of the month…the Anaheim Ducks will begin their cup defense as they face the Los Angeles Kings twice in the friendly confines of…well…London, England.
Today is just simply labor day….so I wanted to salute all the hockey fans that work their butts off out there and since it is the unofficial end of summer…that means the cooler weather is coming and so is the hockey. Soon we will be arguing about how our teams are doing instead of hockey withdrawal. Enjoy the rest of the day…..I’m off to think of hockey and have some good old fashioned BBQ.
