Helping Heather Get The Word Out.

BallHype: hype it up!

Savethecoyotes.com has been doing great. So much so that the Phoenix Coyotes are taking notice but Heather needs help. If you are in the Phoenix area, here is the latest.

Greetings Coyotes Fans,

It was great to see everyone out at the WelcomeBack WhiteOut Saturday night! After such a long summer, that was a great way for us to bring in the new season. Doug Moss and his staff worked really hard to get that together in such a short amount of time and the ticket promotion they offered to thank us was amazing, so please be sure to thank them when you see them!

Our opening night Save the Coyotes Coalition tailgate was so much fun! Thanks to all who came out – it was such a good time, we’ll be doing this more often! We have pictures up on our Facebook page – taken by Coalition members – of the tailgate party and game. Stop by our Facebook page and tag yourself in this picture. It’s really cool to see where everyone was sitting around the arena!

We’re going to be planning even more activities through-out the season and I’d love to get everyone’s input on what you’d like to do. We’re making plans for viewing parties for away games, more tailgating, a bus trip to an away game and more. If you have ideas please respond to this email and let me know your thoughts.

Our main focus as we move forward this season is to grow the Coyotes fan base. We want to provide activities for the fans to participate in that will encourage everyone to come out and be exposed to hockey. The Coalition welcomes all fans, from all over the world; who support keeping the Coyotes in Arizona. We ask for no membership dues, we just ask that you help spread the word and that you support the Coyotes. Everyone is invited to participate in our activities.

In case you missed it during the games – Coyotes President & COO Doug Moss; as well as Television Play-by-Play announcer Dave Strader both gave the Save the Coyotes Coalition really nice shout-outs during live Coyotes broadcasts! I’d like to join them in thanking you all for the AMAZING way in which you handled such a long summer by being proactive and getting the word out about our Coyotes. In less than 5 months the Save the Coyotes Coalition managed to reach a membership of almost 3000 across the globe and we’re still growing!

We have been asked by the Coyotes to help provide volunteers for the Promotional Giveaway Nights. Below you will find the complete listing of Promotional Nights and more detailed information. Volunteers are needed to hand out the items on the following nights: 10/24, 12/12, 2/13, and 3/6. They will only need 20-25 people max for each night and those who volunteer will get a free ticket for that night’s game! Volunteers are asked to be there 30 minutes prior to the opening of the gates and will hand out items until the end of the 1st intermission. The rest of the game you get to watch – for free!

If you will be available please send me an email to CoyotesCoalition@yahoo.com with your full name and the night you will be available to volunteer. Lists will be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to each game day so please let me know early. For volunteer guidelines please read this.

More Details on theme and promotional nights can be found at PhoenixCoyotes.com.
