Playoff Hockey Roundup — May 16th

Ottawa is one win away from being the first team to make it to the Stanley Cup finals….Buffalo is determined to keep that from happening. Who will prevail? I may not know but I know it is time for the Hockey Roundup.

Now to the game……..

Buffalo Sabres @ Ottawa Senators 7pm EDT VS,CBC

Superstitious much?????

No retreat…no surrender!! There is no more margin for error for Buffalo who despite winning the Presidents Trophy is down 3 games to none headed into tonite’s game 4 with Ottawa. They can either curl up, cry, and go home…or come out fighting, kicking, and screaming. The Sabres downfall so far may be that huge bagel on the power play. I never would have thought the Sabres would go 0 for a series but that is the possibility tonight. As for the Sens, they are clicking on all cylinders, especially on defense. They are generating numerous scoring chances and really the only thing that stopped them in game 3 was Ryan Miller, who played outstanding in defeat. Will it be more of the same tonight? Will Buffalo finally get off the mat and deliver a counterpunch to the Ottawa onslaught? Find out tonight….all here…all on the GDT.
