Today we found a moment that some will definitely not like or be able to stomach. It is even more surprising that this moment happened 25 years ago today but anytime you toss in the words Game 7 or Overtime, you kind of have to think about this guy. Sure enough he came up rather clutch. Here is that moment.

Rookie Claude Lemieux scored the winning goal at 5:55 of overtime as the Canadiens won 2-1 over the Hartford Whalers, at the Forum in Game 7 of the Adams Division Finals. Montreal advanced to the Conference Finals vs NY Rangers.
