Is anyone else wondering when something is going to happen? I’m very disappointed that we have to sit around and wonder who’s going to go where by the trade deadline for the first time in quite a few years.
This team isn’t a Cup winner, but they shouldn’t be this bad either.
Why hasn’t the coach been fired? I am almost fully convinced now that they are seeing how poorly they have to play for Tortorella to be fired. I know that it’s bad to think that they would do that, but I can’t think of any other explanation for it.
No, I’m not referring to the goal that Paul Ranger scored for the other team last night. I fully believe that was an accident. It’s the never winning the battles in the corners. It’s the stupid penalties that shouldn’t be taken at horrible times to take them.
I know that part of it may be the fact that Tortorella overplays some of the guys, and by the time the third period comes around they are just plain fatigued. However, if this is the case, then it’s another reason for Tortorella to go.
I’m so very disappointed that this team has fallen so far so fast.
